Warranty

KeelShield Lifetime Warranty

This non transferable warranty is provided to the original purchaser and applies to products purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor. Gator Guards will replace the damaged product for the life of the boat for the original purchaser. The manufacturer's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the product and Gator Guards will not be responsible for labor to remove or replace any KeelShield brand keel protector for any reason. Proof of purchase (copy of receipt) and a picture showing the warranty problem must be produced in order to make a claim. This warranty is not valid on commercial applications.

SkegShield Product Warranties

The SkegShield warranty is for 3 years from date of purchase. This non-transferable warranty is provided to the original purchaser and applies to product purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor. Gator Guards will replace the damaged SkegShield for the original purchaser. The manufacturer's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the product and Gator Guards will not be responsible for labor to remove or replace any SkegShield for any reason. Proof of purchase (copy of receipt) and a picture showing the warranty problem must be produced in order to make a claim.

BowShield Product Warranties

The BowShield warranty is for 3 years from date of purchase. This non-transferable warranty is provided to the original purchaser and applies to product purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor. Gator Guards will replace the damaged Bowshield for the original purchaser. The manufacturer's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the product and we will not be responsible for labor to remove or replace any BowShield for any reason. Proof of purchase (copy of receipt) and a picture showing the warranty problem must be produced in order to make a claim.

Purchaser shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and purchaser assumes all risk and liability. Neither Gator Guards nor its employees, agents, dealers or distributors shall be liable for any loss, claim or demand or special, indirect, direct, incidental or consequential damages arising out of purchaser’s use of the product. Gator Guards makes no other warranties either expressed or implied. Any improper use, operation or substitution of the product or any alteration or repair by a third party which in the judgment affects the product materially and adversely, shall void all of the provisions herein.
