QUANTUM branded products are warranted for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase from an authorized retailer with proof of purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials when used normally. This warranty does not cover QUANTUM branded products damaged due to abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, neglect, lack of proper maintenance, or products that have been altered or modified in design or construction, used for commercial purposes, or for damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of QUANTUM brands or damages caused by use with a third party component or product.
