Rupp Marine Power Rigger™ – Hydraulic Packages
Rupp Power Rigger packages are comprised of the four main component classifications listed below. The hydraulic outrigger product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, to the original owner, for the period outlined below, from the date of purchase. During this warranty period Rupp Marine will repair or replace defective product, at its option, without further cost to you subject to the performance guarantees stated below. For items that may no longer be available, comparable product of equal value may be provided to original purchaser in lieu of defective items.
Component Class:
- Outrigger and Outrigger hardware – 3-year warranty;
- Hydraulic pump, cylinders and hydro-locks – 1-year warranty;
- Wire harness and rocker switches -1-year warranty;
- Stainless hoses and fittings - 1-year warranty.
All Rupp products are intended for recreational use on pleasure crafts and all of Rupp Marine products require routine maintenance, including, but not limited to, fresh water rinse after use. Other maintenance as required per individual product guidelines.
This warranty is void if any of the components or systems have been damaged by neglect, improper use, inadequate service, improper installation, including but not limited to, insufficient or inadequate voltage, inadequate supply wires, exposure of electrical components to water or excessive moisture, improper grounding of power unit, failure to follow maintenance guidelines or if the product has been altered or modified from its original design or construction, or if the system is pair with outriggers from manufacturers other than Rupp.
Rupp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, but no limited to, present or prospective profits, reliance expenditures or commitments, reputation, goodwill or claims of third parties.
Three Year Limited Warranty
Rupp Marine Top Gun™ Products
All TopGun™ outrigger bases and poles are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, to the original owner, for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
During this warranty period Rupp Marine will repair or replace defective product, at its option, without further cost to you subject to the performance guarantees stated below. For items that may no longer be available, comparable product of equal value may be provided to original purchaser in lieu of defective items.
All Rupp products are intended for recreational use on pleasure crafts and all of Rupp products require routine maintenance, including, but not limited to, fresh water rinse after use. Other maintenance as required per individual product guidelines.
This warranty does not include the following: damage from high wind or hurricane, damage from collision or trailering, faulty, incorrect or poorly adjusted release clips, cosmetic issues with carbon fiber poles, damage of components due to corrosive cleaners or lubricants, damage as a result of a combination of rough seas and high speeds, or damage associated with failure to wash off salt water.
This guarantee does not extend to corrosion resulting from galvanic reaction (improper electrical grounding). Slight fading or dullness of finish over time is a normal occurrence of weathering and does not constitute a defect.
This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by neglect, unreasonable use, improper service, improper installation, failure to follow maintenance guidelines or if the product has been altered or modified from its original design or construction.

Other maintenance as required per individual product guidelines.
