Limited Warranty
Siren Marine, LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of manufacturing unless otherwise stated in writing by Siren Marine. If the warranted products are returned to Siren Marine during the period of coverage, Siren Marine will, at its option, repair or replace without charge the items it finds defective. Any replacement and/or repaired parts are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. Such repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy regarding all Siren Marine products.
There is absolutely no warranty on software, and all software products are sold as a user license under the terms of the separate software license agreement included with the product. Except as specifically stated herein, all express or implied warranties whatsoever, including, without limitation, all statutory warranties, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or other warranties, are expressly disclaimed. Without limitation of the foregoing, due to limitations of security systems, because Siren Marine does not install or connect any security systems, and because security systems may be used in conjunction with products not manufactured by Siren Marine, Siren Marine cannot guarantee or warrant the performance of the security system and shall not be responsible for circumstances resulting from a security system’s inability to operate. Siren Marine hereby expressly disclaims all express or implied warranties whatsoever, including, without limitation, all statutory warranties, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or other warranties relating to security systems. In no event will Siren Marine be liable to any buyer or user for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect or consequential or incidental, including without limitation, any damages for lost profits, stolen goods, or from claims made by any other party caused by defective products or otherwise relating to the products sold. Notwithstanding the above, Siren Marine’s maximum liability, if any, will be strictly limited to the purchase price of any defective product.

Beware: Dealers, distributors, installers and/or others selling Siren Marine products are not authorized to modify this limited warranty or make any additional warranties that are binding on Siren Marine, LLC, or its affiliates, subsidiaries or related persons, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Limitations of Alarm Systems
Please note that while the Siren Marine alarm system is highly advanced, it does not offer any guaranteed protection against burglary, fire, sinking, dead batteries or other emergency. Such limitations are due to a number of possible reasons, including but not limited to, inadequate or improper installation/positioning, sensor limitations, battery performance, wireless signal interruption, inadequate maintenance, the potential for the system or telephone lines to be compromised or circumvented, or lack of mobile telephone coverage. As a result, Siren Marine does not represent that the alarm system will prevent personal injury or property damage, or will provide adequate warning or protection.
Any security system should therefore be considered as one of many tools available to reduce risk and/or damage of burglary, fire, sinking, dead batteries or other emergencies, such other tools include, but are not limited to, insurance coverage, fire prevention and extinguish devices, and sprinkler systems. Siren Marine also strongly recommends regular maintenance of all security systems. You should stay aware of new and improved Siren Marine products and developments.
General Terms
This limited warranty shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. User agrees that this limited warranty is the complete and exclusive statement of Siren Marine’s product warranty, that this limited warranty does not include any software or related products, and that this limited warranty supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, negotiations or discussions, oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. No course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance shall be relevant to explain or supplement any terms expressed herein. Representations or statements of any kind, including, but not limited to, dealer advertising or presentations, oral or written, made by any agent or representative of Siren Marine which are not stated herein shall not be binding on Siren Marine. Siren Marine shall not be liable for failure to provide warranty service if such failure results, directly or indirectly, from, but not limited to, fire, explosion, strike, freight embargo, act of God, or the public enemy, war, civil disturbance, act of any government, de jure or de facto, or any agency or official thereof, labor shortage, transportation contingencies, unusually severe weather, default of manufacturer or supplier, quarantine or restriction, epidemic or catastrophe or other similar event beyond the control of Siren Marine.
